NGWE YI PA LE' SUGAR Company Limited was renamed as NGWE YI PA LE' MINING Company on March 3, 2014 under the registration number (155769114) of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration of Myanmar. NGWE YI PA LE' is a collaboration business owned by local businessmen that is community-oriented, focused on offering support and assistance to the local community. The company has built a solid reputation amongst suppliers amongst wholesalers and manufacturers in China and Vietnam. The company aims to help grow the Myanmar economy and to become the company of choice in the manufacture of sugar and other related products.
No.(1) - SUGAR Mill (Samse) - 1000 Tons Per Day
NGWE YI PA LE' Sugar Co., Ltd. is located in Northern Shan State. Naung Hkio Township SINN SHWE LI SUGAR Mill, which grinds 1,000 tons of sugarcane per day in Hsum- Hsai Village Tract, was approved by the Myanmar Investment Commission in 2008 with the permission of Myanmar Investment Commission No. 686/2008. It was established on April 24, 2008. White Sugar has been commercially produced since May 5. During the sugarcane season, the plant uses two turbines (1.5 MW), the by-product of the plant, to generate electricity (3MW).
No.(2) - SUGAR Mill (Innwine) - 4000 Tons Per Day
NGWE YI PA LE' SUGAR Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 by the Investment Commission Permit No.
935/2013 to build a 4,000-tonne sugarcane mill per day in Inn Wine Village
Tract, Naung Hkio Township, Kyaukme District, Northern Shan State. It was
established on September 16, 2015. White Sugar has been commercially produced
since April 1.
During the sugarcane season, the plant uses two 18 MW turbine fuels, a by-product of the plant, to generate (33MW) of electricity and transmit (15MW) to the CROWN Cement Plant through a (33KV) transmission line.

SUGAR Mill Project (Innwine) - 12000 Tons Per Day
NGWE YI PA LE’ SUGAR Co., Ltd. is located in Northern Shan State. Kyaukme District No. (3) Sugar Factory will be built to grind 12,000 tons of sugarcane per day in Inn Wine Village Tract, Naung Hkio Township. Myanmar Investment Commission Permit No. Manatha-126/2018 Permission was granted on 19 November and construction is now underway.
